Q. Requests seem to be taking longer than usual

This may be down to high usage on OpenAI's API. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about this.

Q. The Color Palette Generator throws an error

This is a known issue caused by the AI generating a response which cannot be parsed correctly. Simply click "Generate" again and the issue should resolve itself.
